Macie's Message
Thank you for taking the time to visit my webpage to learn more about me and my quest to earn your vote and become one of Wayne County's next Probate Court Judges. I am honored to embark on this journey and driven by a steadfast commitment to service. I have spent my entire career as a probate attorney. And for over a decade, I have remained focused on the following:
- Promoting safeguards for vulnerable adults who have been subject to financial exploitation and/or mistreatment.
- Protecting the rights of individuals with developmental disabilities (Cognitive Impairment, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, etc.).
- Advocating for individuals who have been involuntarily hospitalized due to actual or alleged mental health crisis.
- Protected incapacitated individuals facing mental health challenges, mental deficiency, physical illness or disability, chronic drug use, chronic intoxication, or other causes.
- Preserving families while protecting abused children.
- Assisting individuals administer and distribute their deceased loved one's assets and prized possessions while aiming to preserve the family unit despite any differences.
- Drafting estate plan documents including, but not limited to power of attorneys, wills and trusts.

So, that each person can make an informed decision on August 6, 2024 at the Primary and on November 5, 2024 on Election Day.

Macie is willing to earn the vote of each and every resident of Wayne County. Even if you are not registered to vote, it is not too late. While the law does not require citizens to vote, voting is important. And your vote does matter. You are encouraged to register now to ensure you are ready to go on Election Day.
